1 ) Find the start button on the desktop and click on it . once u have clicked on the star button , the start menu opens .
2) click over the program option of the start menu to open up a sub menu on the left side of the start menu.
3 drag the mouse vertically down up to " MS word " and click on it .

4 ) First the MS - WORD'S logo appears and start up windows open .

- OPENING A NEW DOCUMENT : -
1) open a new document by clicking file>new>ok .
2) In this new file type the matter word by word and take care to type capital word as capital only.
3) Save above document .
OPEN AN EXISTING FILE :-
1) Start a MS Office application.
2) On the menu bar click file .
3) find and select open
4) specify the disk drive , the directory name and the file name to open.
5) click OK.
CLOSING THE DOCUMENT :-
Place the cursor on the close button at the left edge of the document window.
